Register, list, update, and delete HTTPS subscriptions for document status-change deliveries.
Use these endpoints to manage status webhook subscriptions for your organization. When a signature task changes status, SutureHealth POSTs a signed JSON body to every active subscription URL for that org.
How to verify deliveries, the payload fields, and when to poll instead: Receiving status webhooks.
| Operation | Endpoint |
|---|---|
| Register | POST /signature/webhooks — returns id and secret (secret only once) |
| List | GET /signature/webhooks |
| Update | PATCH /signature/webhooks/{id} — change url or set active |
| Delete | DELETE /signature/webhooks/{id} |
All management calls require the x-api-key header. Delivery POSTs to your URL do not; authenticate them with X-Suture-Signature and the create-time secret.
